Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered. Please ensure you review all product details, including size, color, and specifications, before placing your order.

Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.  
Email your return request within 24–48 hours of delivery.  

Do not accept parcels that appear tampered, unsealed, or damaged—contact us immediately.  

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges – Damaged Products Only

We only offer exchanges in the case of products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Mandatory: Unboxing Video

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is required as proof of damage.

  • The video must begin before opening the package and clearly show the shipping label and the full unboxing process.

  • The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Record the unboxing video as soon as you receive your package.

  2. If the item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: [your support email or contact form link].

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only provided for the same product (same variant).

  • We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Order Number               
  • Description of the issue     
  • The unboxing video
